• Share the Playing.
  What does this mean: Please sub in and out of songs on the day. Play a few songs, and then let the other musicians play a few songs.

• Why is this important?
  For the majority of jams, there will be at least two of your instrument type organized for the same group, so the day functions better when you play your songs you have nominated and allow the other player, to play the songs they have nominated.
  
• It's a fundamental to the G.Jam's continuing as it will allow everyone to have a turn and will make them feel included. All round, a more positive experience for all involved.
  
• Advise the Garage Jam team which songs you want to play before the jam, this helps give the group direction. It results in a great, free flowing jam day.

The thing about this community is, it supports people who support the idea.

Where people try to be tolerant, respectful and courteous, it will result in a better community filled with supportive, easy going, and understanding musicians who just want to see people do their best and enjoy each other's company.

Anyone partaking in any Garage Jam Events organized by Garage Jam, must agree to these terms and conditions.

All bookings must be made, and paid for online. We can only secure your jam session once full payment has been made.

LIABILITY WAIVER:

In purchasing a ticket to a Garage Jam event you agree to the following:-

I agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which I might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by Garage Jam

-I agree to take on full responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property property brought into Garage Jam event areas-

I agree to take on full responsibility for any physical injuries sustained as a result of participating in any class or event organised by Garage Jam

REFUNDS:

Due to the unique nature of these events, Garage Jam requires 72 hours notice in writing prior to the event in order for you to be eligible for a 100% refund or you can opt for a credit/transfer to a future booking. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, no refund is permitted, due to administrative costs and room booking fees already paid.

CREDITS/TRANSFERS:

In cases where you have booked and paid for a jam but your group does not play on the suggested time, and pending 72 hours notice of cancellation has been provided, your booking fees can be transferred to a future date/jam session.

CANCELLATIONS:

We have event minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel an event we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend an event at the same value within a 12 month period.

PHOTO & VIDEO:

I agree to give Garage Jam unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs or videos taken at Garage Jam events . (These will only be used on Instagram and Facebook to show off what a great time everyone is having and to help promote future events).
